Shipping Policy

1. Coverage

We ship throughout Colombia. Estimated delivery times are shown when shipping is calculated and may vary by city, carrier or logistics events.

2. Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight/volume and the selected method. Free shipping promotions apply only when explicitly stated.

3. Dispatch

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification with the tracking number when the package is handed over to the carrier.

4. Delivery and reshipping

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete address and valid contact details. If delivery fails due to incomplete information, repeated absence or refusal, we may arrange reshipping at an additional cost or the return of the order, subject to availability.

5. Damage in transit

If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and notify us immediately with photos so we can open a claim with the carrier and offer you a solution.
